Richard Greenland.

Photographer / Fiction Author.

I’m a speculative science fiction author, children’s storyteller, software engineer, solutions architect, and award-winning wildlife and landscape photographer.

Whether I’m exploring futuristic worlds or chasing cheeky zebras through my camera lens, I bring a unique blend of imagination, emotional depth, and playful curiosity to everything I create.

Guided by a deep love for nature and a fascination with the future, my sci-fi novels delve into the mysteries of existence, the fragility of Earth, and the resilience of the human spirit. With visionary technology and philosophical inquiry at their core, my stories ask bold questions about freedom, illusion, and what it means to be truly human.

On the flip side, I’m a big kid at heart who believes laughter is the best kind of magic. My children’s books are packed with silly surprises, mischievous animals, and heart- warming moments that delight readers of all ages.

Whether I’m crafting suspenseful journeys across dimensions or cartoon adventures full of fun and giggles, my work celebrates wonder, kindness, and the joy of storytelling.
